I'm from Tursi, Southern Italy. Photography is one of my favourites hobbies. I used to use a simple digital camera, a Sony MVC - cd500. Five megapixel, optical zoom 3x and Carl-Zeiss lenses. It's a nice camera, with a lot of settings; mini cds were necessary to store data but they're very hard to find these days, because that was the last model from Sony with that option. I have some point&shoot cameras (P32, S90), also from Sony. Recently I switched to the DSLR camera world. Now, I use a Canon EOS 400D, a wonderful toy (18-55mm kit lenses + 55-200mm zoom). Recently I am shooting film, using my dad's old Canon FTb (50mm - f 1.8) as well. I'm 20, and as you see I speak and write quite well in English. It helped me in a number of situations, and it's still useful everyday with computers and internet. Probably, English is the standard in the era of computing & social networking, virtual worlds, etc. I have an old desktop computer, custom assembled by me, with a Pentium 4 cpu and 1,5 Gb of RAM. I created this site with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, a powerful tool. Enjoy. - One more thing... if you can, "volunteer" your pc for the research @ World Community Grid : it uses your idle PC time to work on tasks, like better HIV therapies. But that's just an example. Working together, we can make up a better world, for everyone! Thank you. - My flickr page, 8'000 views and counting, take a look ;) ...yes, I am jigsawpuzzle. - My inspiration is Joe's website. Great pics. (thanks Tom!) - My Windows Live Space (in Italian)

Think different Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules and they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing that you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward. ( Maybe they have to be crazy. How else can you stare at an empty canvas and see a work of art? Or sit in silence and hear a song that's never been written? Or gaze at a red planet and see a laboratory on wheels? We make tools for these kinds of people. ) not in the adv While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do. |
